What We Offer
Experience the benefits of a 90-minute lymphatic massage designed to enhance lymphatic drainage, boost detoxification, and improve overall circulation. This gentle technique supports your body's natural healing process, reducing swelling, promoting relaxation.
Great for basic lymphatic massage of the lymph nodes. Helps lymphatic fluid flow through the body to naturally drain and detox. Excellent choice for deep relaxation, congestion of the sinuses or lymph nodes, mental rejuventoon.
Sometimes an hour is not enough to have lasting positive effects for your body and mind. This is an ideal choice if you find yourself coming in several times in a month or you want longer lasting traditional massages. This is not a lymphatic massage. Aromatherapy is optional.

Your lymphatic system moves waste, excess fluid, and immune cells through vessels just under your skin — but it has no pump of its own. It relies entirely on movement and breathing to keep things flowing.
Lymphatic drainage massage uses feather-light, rhythmic strokes to guide stagnant fluid toward the lymph nodes, where it can be filtered naturally.
Clients typically notice reduced puffiness (in the face, legs, and ankles), a lighter feeling in the limbs, deep relaxation, and meaningful support during post-surgical recovery.
-
Pricing depends on three things: therapist training (true manual lymphatic drainage requires specialized certification beyond standard massage licensure), session length (most run 60–90 minutes), and your goals — a single wellness session versus a post-surgical recovery series, where packages offer better per-session value.
Be cautious of deeply discounted "lymphatic" sessions elsewhere — light effleurage relabeled as lymphatic drainage is common, and the results differ.

-
Yes — it's one of its most valuable uses. After surgery (cosmetic, orthopedic, or C-section), gentle lymphatic drainage reroutes fluid around healing tissue, reduces swelling and bruising more quickly, eases that tight, heavy sensation, and supports scar-tissue health.
Many surgeons now recommend a series of sessions as standard aftercare. It also supports lymphedema, lipedema, and chronic water retention.
Always follow your surgeon's guidance — many clients begin within one to two weeks post-op once cleared.
-
Deep tissue uses firm, sustained pressure for muscular problems: chronic tension, knots, athletic recovery, and postural strain.
Lymphatic drainage uses very light, rhythmic strokes at skin level for fluid problems: swelling, puffiness, post-surgical recovery, or feeling inflamed and heavy.
Rule of thumb: sore and tight → deep tissue; swollen and puffy → lymphatic. Deep pressure on swollen tissue can actually work against drainage — so if you're not sure which you need, just tell us what you're feeling and we'll match the right session.
-
It depends on your goal. Post-surgical recovery: 2–3 sessions per week at first, tapering to weekly as swelling resolves.
Chronic conditions (lymphedema, lipedema): weekly to biweekly — consistency beats intensity.
General wellness: monthly is the sweet spot, often paired with Wisconsin's seasonal transitions.
Between sessions: stay hydrated, walk daily, practice deep belly breathing, and try dry brushing before showering.
-
Before: arrive normally hydrated, skip a heavy meal, and we'll start with a brief health consultation — your medical picture shapes the whole session.
During: the pressure is feather-light (deep pressure would collapse the delicate vessels), slow, and rhythmic — many clients drift off to sleep. Sessions run 60–90 minutes with comfortable draping.
After: drink extra water, expect more frequent bathroom trips (a good sign), and many clients feel lighter within 24 hours. Mild tiredness the same day is normal.
